If something is wrong with your order we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice. That covers the wrong item, anything damaged or defective on arrival, and orders that never arrive. Email Support@1776-rx.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and contents; we reply within 2 business days and never charge you return shipping. Because these are sensitive research materials we cannot accept returns of items that arrived correctly and intact. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
